Two businesses. One growth system.

NIKA built two distinct funnels for Ice Creams Wheels & Tires and The Wheel Team—one for retail and one for wholesale—then connected traffic, website conversion, email, Makebox, the sales team and the physical store into one accountable system.

Business impact

Marketing became an extension of the sales process.

Instead of disconnected marketing activity, the owner gained two manageable systems: one built for retail customers and another for wholesale buyers.

Sales from Google ≈$50K

Sales attributed to capturing existing high-intent search demand.

Sales from Meta ≈$30K

Sales generated through lead campaigns and structured follow-up.

Sales from email ≈$22K

Revenue from campaigns and automated flows across the owned database.

B2B sales ≈$90K

A separate result from The Wheel Team wholesale strategy, not included in the $102K.

B2B cost per lead ≈$25

Approximate cost per wholesale inquiry.

Lead-to-sale conversion 20%

After Makebox implementation and sales-team training.

See how the system was built ↓
The starting point

The problem was not a lack of demand.

The businesses already had products, two locations, an audience and brand recognition. But marketing channels, customer data and sales were not operating as one system.

Leads were lost between channels

Inquiries came from the website, ads, email and the physical store, but were not captured in one controlled pipeline.

The website and database under-converted demand

The system lacked clear conversion paths, structured lead capture, a clean database and automated follow-up.

B2C and B2B required different approaches

Retail buyers could not be acquired and nurtured using the same logic as dealers and wholesale companies.

How we achieved it

We built the system first. Then we scaled traffic.

We began with a full audit of the market, target audience, offer, website, social presence, Google Business Profile, customer database and sales process. Paid acquisition was scaled only after the largest conversion leaks had been addressed.

The work sequence

From disconnected activity to one commercial system.

01

Business and market diagnosis

We analyzed customer segments, Arizona demand, local competitors, brand positioning, social media, the Google Business Profile, the existing email database and the full journey from first inquiry to closed sale.

02

Conversion foundation

For ICWT, we improved the website journey, strengthened calls to action, launched a $25 coupon popup, cleaned the legacy database and rebuilt Linktree into a clearer conversion tool.

03

Makebox CRM implementation

Meta leads, website inquiries and email contacts were centralized in NIKA’s partner CRM, Makebox. The team gained one workspace for lead routing, follow-up and sales control across both businesses.

04

Google Ads: capturing ready-to-buy demand

Search campaigns focused on commercial queries for wheels, tires, installation and automotive services in Arizona. We separated offers, improved local relevance, excluded low-intent searches and shifted budget toward combinations producing conversions and revenue.

05

Meta, email and sales-team execution

Meta created incremental demand and generated B2C leads at $6–15 and B2B leads at approximately $25. We built email flows, designed campaigns, connected leads from ads and the popup, and trained the sales team on response speed, qualification and disciplined follow-up.

06

Converting in-store traffic

We extended the funnel into the physical store with screen creative, QR-based lead capture, printed materials and a loyalty system. In-store traffic became owned customer data for future sales.

Combined result for the period

Google, Meta and email generated $102K.

Google captured existing demand, Meta generated additional inquiries, and email reactivated the database and moved prospects toward purchase.

Period April 29 —
August 19, 2024
Ad spend $5 030
Channel-attributed revenue $102K
Conversions 62
Combined return 20.3×

Revenue breakdown: approximately $50K from Google, $30K from Meta and $22K from email. Together, these channels equal the reported $102K result. The Wheel Team’s wholesale B2B sales are reported separately.

Two growth tracks

One owner—but two different strategies.

Retail customers and wholesale buyers required different offers, channels, creative and follow-up logic.

The Wheel Team · B2B

We built wholesale as a separate sales process.

B2B could not simply be attached to retail advertising. Dealers and automotive businesses needed different reasons to act: inventory availability, wholesale pricing, margin potential, order terms and fast access to a representative.

≈$90K

In B2B sales generated through dedicated lead acquisition, email communication and structured sales-team follow-up.

01

Defined B2B audiences and offers

We segmented dealers, retailers and automotive companies. Messaging focused on commercial value—not retail product features.

02

Launched dedicated lead generation

Meta Ads generated wholesale inquiries at approximately $25. Google Ads was not used at this stage, keeping budget focused until the B2B offer was validated.

03

Activated databases and email

We worked across existing and newly built lists, designing emails and offers around products, pricing, order terms and potential partner margin.

04

Centralized sales in Makebox

Every inquiry entered the CRM, was assigned to a representative and moved through defined stages. The team was trained on qualification, response speed and repeated follow-up.

CRM Makebox

Every lead entered one controlled system.

Instead of inquiries scattered across forms, inboxes and ad platforms, the team gained a clear path from source to conversation and sale.

Organic and paid activity reinforced each other.

Physical-store integration

The funnel continued inside the retail location.

The screen offer and QR code gave visitors a clear reason to share their contact details. The same system supported loyalty, future offers and repeat-purchase communication.

The result was a connected customer journey rather than a collection of isolated marketing activities.

What this changed for the client

Two businesses gained repeatable acquisition, conversion and follow-up systems.

ICWT moved from disconnected channels to a measurable retail journey connecting search, social, email, the website and the physical store. The Wheel Team gained a dedicated wholesale acquisition system with clear offers, lead routing and disciplined sales follow-up. The owner gained one view of growth across both B2C and B2B.
